Using TigerMods
These terms cover the TigerMods website, ModManager application and TigerMods content. TigerMods is an independent modding project for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. You need a legitimate copy of the relevant game. Game names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners; TigerMods is not affiliated with or endorsed by SCS Software.
Membership and downloads
ModManager access requires an active Patreon membership in an eligible tier, currently Patreon Trucker or Ad-Free download. The benefits shown on Patreon at the time of your subscription describe your entitlement. Buying an individual post does not, by itself, grant membership access to ModManager.
Where offered, free downloads remain available through the dedicated ModsFire links in the relevant posts. Buyers of individual Patreon shop posts can download the ZIP attachments from their purchased posts. Those services have their own terms.
If membership eligibility ends, access to protected Manager downloads may end after session validation. Future downloads and updates depend on the applicable membership or purchase benefits.
Licence and permitted use
TigerMods grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use legitimately obtained content with the supported games, subject to any specific licence supplied with that content. Do not resell, re-upload or redistribute TigerMods proprietary files without permission, or share credentials and access tokens to bypass membership checks. Third-party software remains subject to its own licences. Nothing here limits uses permitted by applicable law.
Installation and automatic updates
ModManager downloads, installs, replaces and uninstalls selected mod files in the folders you configure. Check your folder choices and keep backups of important files and saves. Application updates are mandatory: the Manager may close, run its updater and restart when a newer release is available. Internet access is required for authentication and downloads.
Compatibility depends on the game version and other installed mods. Review the relevant release information before updating. Windows SmartScreen may warn about the installer; verify that it came from this official website. A warning alone does not establish whether a file is safe.
Payments, support and consumer rights
Membership payments and shop purchases take place through Patreon. Use the relevant Patreon purchase or subscription controls for billing and cancellation, and contact TigerMods about access or product problems. Refunds, withdrawal and remedies are governed by applicable law and the relevant purchase terms. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, provider outages and game updates can interrupt access or require compatibility work. Continuous availability and compatibility with every mod combination are not promised. Material changes to these terms will be identified with an updated date and, where required, communicated before they take effect. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
